Mike MacArthur has worked for RobbJack for 20 years. He started as a tool grinder and eventually held just about every position available, including an extended period as applications engineer. Today, as vice president of engineering, Mike leads our research and development efforts as well as technical sales and customer support. He is actively involved in developing new tools and processes for titanium and aerospace applications.
Nick contributes a depth of experience that began in 1997 using non-standard processes like EDM to produce custom cutting tools. As a talented Applications Engineer in our Research and Development department, Nick works directly with RobbJack end users to create unique tooling solutions for challenging problems, typically saving them significant time and money.
Sherry started working at RobbJack’s order desk in 1986, and was one of the many employees who relocated with the company from the Bay Area. Thanks to her strong commitment to service and desire to make customers happy, Sherry moved up the ranks to Office Manager, where she encourages the rest of the team to maintain high standards of performance. “Customer Service is not just a department, it’s everyone’s job!”
Janina has been supporting RobbJack end users as a Customer Service Representative since July 2004. She feels that RobbJack is more than just an ESOP corporation where every employee has ownership, it’s a family of people who care about each other and our success. Janina is a customer advocate who maintains that “if we don’t take care of our customers, someone else will”!
RobbJack is known for it’s long employee tenure with an average of 25 years service, and Tracy has contributed to that depth of experience since 1981. While previously ensuring careful package delivery in the Shipping Department, Tracy has been supporting our customers as a Service Representative for many years. The best parts of her job are her co-workers, the satisfaction of helping a customer, and the “smile customers bring to my face when they really appreciate my help”. Tracy believes that “kindness and courtesy are at the root of a positive customer service experience.”
Meghan has been coordinating market communications since 2014, working to ensure that customers remain aware of our latest releases and success stories. “I love the people I work with, both the employees and customers. I also love that the average employee has worked here for over 15 years. That alone says a lot about our company.” An active and effective representative of RobbJack at industry tradeshows, Meghan believes that “your smile is your logo, and your personality is your business card. How you leave others feeling after an experience with you becomes your trademark.”
Having worked for RobbJack since 1991, Regina is one of the several employees with more than 25 years of service. Regina has contributed to our history of customer satisfaction in the Shipping, Customer Service, and Accounting departments. She proudly shares that “we’re not just friends, we’re family here!”
