Our story
RobbJack has built precision cutting tools since 1959. Over six decades we've focused on one thing: tools that change the economics of a job — running faster, lasting longer, and lowering cost per part.
Becoming 100% employee-owned changed nothing about that focus and everything about the accountability behind it. When the grinder, the metallurgist, and the application engineer are all owners, the standard takes care of itself.
