Returns & Refund Policy

Standard catalog tools may be returned within 30 days of the ship date with a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Returns must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and include the invoice and packing slip. A 15% restocking charge applies. Special, made-to-order, and modified tools are non-returnable.

The details

  1. A Return Authorization (RMA) number is required before returning any merchandise. Contact us to request one — merchandise returned without an RMA cannot be accepted.
  2. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the shipment date, or the return will not be accepted for credit.
  3. Only standard catalog tools that are unused, undamaged, and within RobbJack's annual usage limits are eligible for return.
  4. All returns must be in original packaging and include a copy of the invoice and packing slip.
  5. A 15% restocking charge applies to all merchandise returned for credit.
  6. Return shipping is invoiced at standard rates and is the customer's responsibility.
  7. Special, made-to-order, and modified tools — including many FMHV series items and saws thinner than .0100″ (0.254 mm) — are non-returnable.
  8. If we cancel an order (for example, a pricing error) after your payment has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  9. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to return an item

  1. Request a return below (or email sales@robbjack.com).
  2. We'll confirm eligibility and email you an RMA number.
  3. Pack the unused tools in their original packaging with the invoice and packing slip, and write the RMA number on the outside.
  4. Ship to RobbJack (return freight is the customer's responsibility).
  5. Once received and inspected, we issue a refund to your original payment method, less the 15% restocking charge.
