Terms

Minimum Invoice, $50.00.
Standard 1% Ten, Net 30 Days payment terms for approved accounts.

Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B. Lincoln, California, USA. via 2nd Day Air unless otherwise specified, and will be invoiced at current standard rates. International duties and taxes are the responsibility of purchaser.

RobbJack ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with a 3pm PST order cut-off time.  Orders placed after 3pm PST will be processed next business day.

Product returns will be invoiced at standard shipping rates.
Shipping terms may be cancelled or modified at any time.

Claims

Goods are considered sold and our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the transportation company. In the event of goods are lost in transit, we will make every effort on behalf of customers to have lost goods found or to have the transportation company make proper restitution for loss.
Damage claims must be made against carrier.

Specials

Orders for special tools, non-catalog or modified tools are sold on a no-cancellation basis and are not returnable. A confirming purchase order is required before any work begins on special tools.
For quantities over 10 pcs a 10% over or under shipment on a special is acceptable based on industry practices. For quantities under 10 pieces the over or under shipment will be 1 piece. Any variations to this policy must be stated at time of quote.

Return Policy

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of date of shipment or returns will not be accepted for credit. Only standard catalog tools that have not been used or damaged and do not exceed RobbJack’s annual usage are eligible for return and credit.

No merchandise may be returned without prior authorization from the factory. Credit will not be issued for merchandise returned without a return authorization number. Call 800 527 8883 for a return authorization number.

Due to the large offering of FMHV series many of those part numbers are made to order and are non-returnable.

All returns must be in their original packaging and should include a copy of the invoice and packing slip. Returned tools will be fully inspected for use and damage before credit is issued.

All merchandise returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Please note that saws thinner than .0100” or 0.254MM thick are considered specials and may not be returned.

Errors

RobbJack Corporation cannot be held responsible for incorrect parts made with our products due to mislabeling or defect. We assume all tools used by our customers are inspected before use and that first part inspections in customer’s plant is the rule. We will replace or credit in those situations.
