RobbJack T12 Series Tuffy grade carbide end mill with 3/8 inch shank and shank flats

2 and 4 flute Tuffy grade carbide end mills in 64th-inch sizes -- everything smaller than 3/8" rides on a 3/8" shank for strength, with stub and standard lengths up to 3/4" diameter.

  • All sizes smaller than 3/8" are built on 3/8" shanks for strength; larger sizes step up through 1/2", 5/8", and 3/4" shanks
  • Comes in 64th-inch sizes -- standard-length series run from 1/8" to 1/2" including half sizes, stub series from 1/8" to 3/4"
  • Four sub-series: T12-201 (2 flute stub), T12-203 (2 flute standard), T12-403 (4 flute stub), T12-405 (4 flute standard), all square end with 30-degree helix
  • Shanks come with flats; order any tool without flats by adding 'NF' to the end of the tool number
  • Tolerances: cutting diameter +.001/-.000, shank diameter -.0001/-.0002, flute length +.030/-.000 (1/8" to 5/16") or +.060/-.000 (21/64" to 3/4"), OAL +/-.060
  • Available uncoated or in TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, and DLC coatings

64th-size carbide end mills on strong 3/8" shanks

The T12 is a square-end Tuffy Grade carbide end mill offered in 2-flute (T12-201 stub, T12-203 standard) and 4-flute (T12-403/405) configurations. The series comes in 64th sizes, with all sizes smaller than 3/8" built on 3/8" shanks for strength. Cutting diameters range from 1/8" up to 3/4".
