Replacement saw arbor caps for AB arbors — standard CP length or extended XCP for stacking deeper saw gangs, screw and hex key included.
- Standard replacement caps CP-AB-250 through CP-AB-1000 fit every AB arbor, cap lengths 3/8" to 1" — screw included (8-32 x 1 up to 5/16-18 x 2.5)
- Extended replacement caps XCP-AB-250 through XCP-AB-1000 double the stack: cap lengths 3/4" to 2" with longer screws (8-32 x 1.5 up to 5/16-18 x 3) for gang sawing
- Total thickness of saws/spacers should not exceed 50% of cap length — the extended cap is how an AB arbor gains gang capacity
- Replacement caps with longer cap length dimension are available on request
- AB-1000 and AB-1000-1 share the same caps (CP-AB-1000 / XCP-AB-1000)

Standard and extended-length replacement caps for AB arbors
RobbJack CAPS are replacement saw arbor caps for AB arbors, offered in standard-length (CP-AB) and extended-length (XCP-AB) versions. Each cap ships with the correct screw size and hex key for its arbor. Total thickness of saws and spacers should not exceed 50% of the cap length, and replacement caps with a longer cap-length dimension are available.
