- Countersink bodies in four sizes: 5/8" (1/4-28 thread, pilot .0970-.2570), 3/4" (3/8-24, pilot .2570-.3190), 7/8" (3/8-24, pilot .3190-.3940), and 1" (7/16-20, pilot .3940-.5590)
- Bodies are made to your pilot diameter — specify the pilot as four digits in the tool number (example: .2515 pilot is ordered as 2515)
- Inserts sold separately from bodies; assembly uses a 101501 or 101501L cam pin

CSK Aircraft Countersinks
Diamond-coated countersinking for aircraft composites.
RobbJack's 100 degree aircraft-style countersink is designed to be used in a micro-stop cage for producing 100 degree countersinks with a root radius or angle for aircraft rivets. The 2-flute diamond-coated (DCC) countersink uses a threaded-shank body with replaceable diamond-coated inserts (sold separately), available in double-angle and radius insert styles. The system can save up to 50% versus PCD.
