Thru Coolant Saw Spacers



Solid carbide thru-coolant spacers ground to any thickness from .0020" to .2500" — they space a saw gang and flood coolant between every blade.
- Only needed when ganging multiple saws with thru-coolant — must be used with an NAB thru-coolant arbor and CF thru-coolant flanges; coolant flows in between each saw
- Made to your custom thickness: any thickness from 0.0020" to 0.2500" is standard, specified in ten-thousandths by replacing the four red digits in the part number (example: CSP-1000-0456-20 = .0456" spacer for an NAB-1000-TC)
- Eight inside diameters match the NAB/CF line, 1/4" to 1-1/4", with 10-24 coolant channels matching the paired CF flange
- Flanges ride the outside edges of the gang, spacers the inside edges — K-Series saws (flat and parallel hub) are recommended for gang applications
- Solid carbide thru-coolant flanges and spacers eliminate burr and scratch problems

Custom-thickness carbide spacers that flow coolant between ganged saws

RobbJack CSP solid carbide thru-coolant saw spacers are made to your custom thickness for gang operations (stacking more than one saw at a time). Coolant flows between each saw. They are only needed when ganging multiple saws with thru-coolant, and must be used with a thru-coolant arbor and thru-coolant flanges. K-series saws are recommended for gang applications.
