Arbor Flanges for Precision Slitting Saw Applications
Gauge Tolerance Arbor Flange 3.00-in Flange Diameter, 1.00-in ID. Per request it can be ground from 2.5” – 3.0” Flange Diameter
Heat-treated steel arbor flanges custom-ground to any diameter from 2" to 4", flat and parallel within ±.00005" for precision slitting saw support.
- Five part numbers cover any diameter between 2" and 4": FLANGES-2 (1.75-2"), FLANGES-2.5 (2.125-2.5"), FLANGES-3 (2.5-3"), FLANGES-3.5 (3-3.5"), FLANGES-4 (3.5-4")
- Steel flanges are heat treated and ground flat and parallel within plus or minus .00005"
- All steel flanges have a 1.000" inside diameter arbor hole and are custom ground to diameter — specify the exact diameter within the range
- When steel flanges are used, select the largest diameter possible for maximum saw support
- Special gang carbide spacers are also available

RobbJack FLANGES are arbor flanges for precision slitting saw applications. Steel flanges are heat treated and ground flat and parallel within plus or minus .00005". They are custom ground to diameter, available in any diameter between 2" and 4", and all have a 1.000" inside diameter arbor hole. For best support, RobbJack recommends selecting the largest diameter flange possible.
