  • Every .001-inch diameter from .005 to .062 is standard — all shipped from stock (SR-2 table runs .010–.062)

  • Standard flute lengths (3x diameter, e.g. SR-2-010 has a .0300-in flute) for deeper miniature slots and walls
  • 2 flute, 30-degree helix, square end; ball end (SR-2BN) and 4 flute (SR-4) versions available
  • Tuffy grade sub-micrograin carbide, rated for materials up to 40 HRc

MSR-2 Metric Tuffy Grade Miniature End Mills

Metric standard-length miniatures for added reach

The MSR-2 is the metric version of the SR-2 standard-length, 2-flute, square-end Tuffy Grade miniature end mill, with longer flute lengths than the MSS-2 stub for deeper features. Cutting diameters range from .25 mm to 1.50 mm on a 3 mm shank with 38 mm overall length. Ball-end (MSR-2BN) and 4-flute (MSR-4) standard-length variants are also offered.
