RobbJack TR Series Tuffy grade carbide end mill, standard length with shank flats

3, 4, and 6 flute Tuffy grade carbide end mills in standard length -- a high-performance general line from 1/8" to 1" that runs in everything from aluminum and titanium to steel.

  • Three sub-series: TR-303 (3 flute), TR-404 (4 flute) from 1/8" to 3/4", and TR-606 (6 flute) at 1" diameter, all standard length, square end, 30-degree helix
  • Rated for high performance work: 3 flute covers slotting and side milling from roughing through finishing; 4 and 6 flute cover side milling, semi-finishing, and finishing
  • Shank flats on the 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 1" sizes (smaller and in-between sizes do not come with flats); order any tool without flats by adding 'NF' to the tool number
  • Tolerances: cutting diameter +.001/-.000, shank diameter -.0001/-.0002, flute length +.030/-.000 (1/8" to 5/16") or +.060/-.000 (3/8" to 3/4"; TR-606 +.060/-.000), OAL +/-.060
  • Available uncoated or in TiN, TiCN, AlTiN, and DLC coatings
  • Materials: aluminum, copper, titanium, magnesium, cast iron, steel, brass, and wood; run dry, wet, cold air, or spray mist

TR Standard / Extra Length Tuffy Grade Carbide End Mills

3, 4 and 6 flute square-end mills for steel and high-temp alloys

The TR series is a square-end Tuffy Grade carbide end mill with a 30 degree helix, offered in 3 flute (TR-303), 4 flute (TR-404) and 6 flute (TR-606) configurations. Many sizes come with flats; any tool can be ordered without flats by adding 'NF' to the tool number. Available uncoated and with TiN, TiCN, AlTiN and DLC coatings.
