  • WD1-201 stub length (3/16"–3/4" dia., 2"–4" OAL) and WD1-203 standard length (1/8"–3/4" dia., 1-1/2"–5-1/4" OAL, plus 16mm metric: 16mm dia. × 55mm flute × 118mm OAL)

WD1 Solid Carbide Downshear Routers

2 flute downshear spiral routers for wood, plastics and aluminum aircraft skins

The WD1 series is a 2 flute solid carbide downshear spiral router with a square end and 30 degree helix, offered in stub (WD1-201) and standard (WD1-203) lengths for wood and plastics CNC production. A 3 flute standard-length 10 degree helix version (WD1-310) is offered for routing aluminum aircraft skins, available with Mirror Edge for chatter reduction. DLC coating available.
