  • 2 flute solid carbide upshear (up-cut) spiral router — flutes pull chips UP and out of the cut for maximum chip evacuation in deep slots and pockets

WU1 Solid Carbide Upshear Routers

2 flute upshear spiral routers for wood, plastics and aluminum aircraft skins

The WU1 series is a 2 flute solid carbide upshear spiral router with a square end and 30 degree helix, offered in stub (WU1-201) and standard (WU1-203) lengths for wood and plastics CNC production. A 3 flute standard-length 10 degree helix version (WU1-310) is offered for routing aluminum aircraft skins, available with Mirror Edge for chatter reduction. DLC coating available.
