High Shear & Polished Insert Face Mill — thru-tool coolant bodies from 1" to 4-1/2" with polished, replaceable INS-AL inserts

• Insertable face mill system for aluminum: AIC face mill body plus polished INS-AL insert cutters — bodies do not come with inserts; inserts are purchased separately
• Thru-tool coolant through the face mill body
• Body range: 1" (1 flute) through 4-1/2" (5 flute) cutting diameters on 3/4", 1", and 1-1/4" shanks, 4" to 7" overall lengths
• Ramping capability published per body: 8° max ramp on 1"–1-1/4" bodies, 5° on 1-1/2", 4° on 2", no ramping on 3"–4-1/2" bodies
• INS-AL insert options: corner radii 0.01, 0.03, 0.06, 0.09, 0.12 plus a 0.015 × 45° chamfer style — each uncoated or DLC coated
• Insert hardware: 3.5mm T15 screw (AIC-350-SCR) and T15 wrench (AIC-T15-WRCH)
• Characteristics: square end, 1–5 flute, polished — applications include side milling, ramping, roughing, semi-finishing, and finishing, run dry, wet, cold air, or spray mist
• Materials: aluminum, plastics, wood, copper, magnesium, brass
