P820 Replaceable Tip End Mills

4- and 6-flute productivity in a replaceable-tip end mill.

RobbJack's diamond-coated 1/2" Replaceable Tip End Mill is intended to be held in a heat-shrink holder and gives 4- and 6-flute productivity compared to the 2 flutes available from insert end mills of this size. It runs on a 1/4" h6 shank, and several square-end, corner-radius, and ball-end configurations are available from stock. Replaceable tips are used in slim holders for extended reach without extra costs, and the tool is targeted at graphite electrodes and composites.
