Standard-length miniature end mills — deeper reach in every .001-inch size from stock

  • Every .001-inch diameter from .005 to .062 is standard — all shipped from stock (SR-2 table runs .010–.062)
  • Hand-selected to any diameter to the nearest .0002-inch under .062
  • Standard flute lengths (3x diameter, e.g. SR-2-010 has a .0300-in flute) for deeper miniature slots and walls
  • 2 flute, 30-degree helix, square end; ball end (SR-2BN) and 4 flute (SR-4) versions available
  • Tuffy grade sub-micrograin carbide, rated for materials up to 40 HRc
  • Tight tolerances: cutting diameter +/-.0005-in, shank diameter -.0001/-.0002-in, flute length +.003/-.000-in
  • Uniform 1/8-in shank and 1-1/2-in overall length across the range (metric MSR: 3 mm shank, 38 mm OAL)
  • Coatings available: TiN (-T), TiCN (-C), AlTiN (-A) and DLC (-DLC)

SR Tuffy Grade Miniature End Mills

Standard-length miniatures for added reach — any size, hand-selected.

RobbJack SR standard-length Tuffy Grade miniature end mills offer longer flute lengths than the stub-length SS for reaching deeper features, in EVERY .001" diameter from .010" to .062" as standard. Like all RobbJack miniatures, sizes in between are available hand-selected to any diameter to the nearest .0002" under .062". Ball-end (SR-2BN) and 4-flute (SR-4) variants are also available.
