These diamond coated drill reamers are excellent solution to make clean holes in composites and carbon fiber (CFRP) materials. Used in manual and CNC applications. The long taper tip design helps produce clean holes. Straight, upshear, and downshear versions are available. Downshear versions can be helpful in manual operations because they add a little back pressure on the tool to help the operator not pierce thru the material too quickly and reduce the blow out of the exit of the hole.
